Huawei is reportedly working on the Honor Note 10, a 6.9-inch smartphone with a 6000mAh battery. Most smartphones have batteries that have a third or half less capacity.

The phone in the images is about 173x83mm, based on the screen diagonal of 6.9″, which would put the relative screen size at around 83 percent. This makes the housing larger than almost any other smartphone on the market, but smaller than the Honor Note 8 from 2016.

The Honor Note 10 has 6GB of memory and 128GB of storage, according to CNMO. The soc would be a Kirin 970, which can also be found in the Honor 10, Huawei P20 and P20 Pro and Mate 10 Pro, among others. The image mentions an OLED screen with ‘2k resolution’, but it is unknown what resolution it is.

At 6000mAh, the battery wouldn’t be the largest in a smartphone to date, but it would be the highest capacity battery in a Huawei smartphone. The manufacturer put a 4500mAh battery in its Honor Note 8. Other manufacturers have used larger batteries, including Asus and Lenovo, both with a 5100mAh battery. Many phones have a battery capacity between 3000 and 3500mAh.

It is unknown if and when the Honor Note 10 will be released. The image appears to be from an online store. That would mean that a release would not be too long in coming. Huawei does not always release its Honor devices in the Benelux, but the Honor 10, for example, is available.
