Rumor: Dell is working on dual-screen device with Snapdragon soc
Dell is reportedly working on a dual-screen foldable tablet with a gyroscope and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 850. The device has been in development since mid-2017 and may be released before the end of the year.

Dell would develop the device under the name Januss, WinFuture reports. The documents from the German site no longer mention any developments since early 2018, when Dell ran into problems with the integration of two screens. It is unknown if those issues have been resolved.
Januss is said to be using the Snapdragon 850, an upcoming soc for Windows 10 laptops. That would be a souped-up version of the current Snapdragon 845 for smartphones with Kryo 380 processor cores that go up to 3GHz, instead of 2.8GHz.
There have been rumors for years about small devices with dual screens. For example, Microsoft patent applications for such devices appeared and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said last year that if Microsoft releases a smartphone, it should create a new category. Laptops with ARM processors and 4G modems will appear from this year, but Windows 10 Mobile has virtually disappeared from the mobile market.
