A bill from India presumably shows the existence of an Nvidia card with the same gp102 GPU as the Titan X, but with 10GB of vram instead of the 12GB. This may be the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.

The rumor is the result of Videocardz digging. They discovered an entry in a transport document with the designations ‘PG611 SKU0010 GPU’ and ‘699-G611-0010-000’. These numbers correspond to those of the Nvidia Titan X, which carries the same label, but with ‘SKU 00’. ‘PG611’ should be the designation for the pcb where the gp102 GPU, so far the most powerful of the Pascal generation, is located. Furthermore, this card would have 10,240MB of gddr memory, which is 2GB less than the Titan X. The card does have the same 384-bit memory bus as the Titan X.

According to Videocardz, the model has a price of 68,230 Indian rupees, which amounts to 930 euros. This puts the price between that of the new Titan X of 1310 euros and that of the existing GeForce GTX 1080, which usually sells for more than 700 euros. That’s probably why it’s about the 1080 Ti. With the previous generation of Nvidia GPUs, the GTX 980 Ti was also the card that sat between the GTX 980 and the GTX Titan X.
