Apple is said to be working on a larger-screen iPad mini for release early next year. That says the well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo of TF Securities. There would also be a regular iPad with a 10.8 “screen, according to the analyst.

The iPad with 10.8″ screen may replace the current iPad with 10.2″ screen or iPad Air with 10.5″ screen, MacRumors said based on an estimate by Kuo. It is unclear whether the housing is larger or the bezels smaller than current iPads. The iPad with 10.8″ screen should be released before the end of the year.

The iPad mini should then follow next year and have a screen between 8.5″ and 9″. In addition to smaller bezels, the tablet probably also needs a larger housing. With the reduction of the bezels, the iPad mini comes out with a screen of around 8.2″. It is unclear whether it would be a tablet with a mini LED screen.

Kuo also mentions that Apple’s ar headset will be released in 2022, something that has also emerged from previous rumors. Apple has not responded to the information. The last iPad is from the fall of 2019, while the last iPad mini came out in the spring of 2019.
