Renders show Xiaomi Mi 11 smartphone with Snapdragon 888 soc
Official renders of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 11 smartphone have appeared. This will be the first phone with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888-soc and features a 108-megapixel camera, among other things. The phone will be officially announced on December 28.
The camera island will have a square design with rounded corners and will be equipped with three camera sensors, according to the renders that have appeared on Weibo. The images also confirm that the device will once again get a primary 108-megapixel camera. According to rumors, the device will also get a 13-megapixel camera with a wide-angle lens and a five-megapixel macro camera. The smartphone appears to be available in four different colors, namely black, white, purple and blue.

Hands-on photos of the device have now also appeared, which seem to confirm the renders. In addition, a photo shows that the device has a MIUI 12 skin based on Android 11. The Mi 11 would also receive 12GB of memory. Xiaomi previously reported that this is lpddr5 memory.
Xiaomi will announce its Mi 11 smartphone on December 28th. This will be the first smartphone to feature Qualcomm’s recently announced Snapdragon 888-soc, which includes an integrated 5G modem and a triple image signal processor. The company also reported that the Mi 11 uses Gorilla Glass Victus. Further specifications have not yet been announced.
