Renders show unannounced Samsung Galaxy A6 smartphones
There are renders of the Samsung Galaxy A6 and A6 +. Both smartphones, like the Galaxy A8, would have an 18.5: 9 screen. The A6 + also has a dual camera, as can be seen on the renders.
Both devices have just like the Galaxy A8 and Galaxy S9 the fingerprint scanner under the camera. The A6 + would get a 6 “-oled screen, while the A6 display would have a diagonal of 5.6”. That is the same size as that of the A8.
MySmartPrice, who published the renders in co-operation with OnLeaks claims that the A6 runs on an Exynos 7870-soc, while the A6 + has a Snapdragon 625 from Qualcomm on board. That sounds unlikely, because the 625 is a soc from a previous generation and moreover, Samsung rarely uses socs from Qualcomm in midrange smartphones.
OnLeaks often bases its information on drawings that manufacturers send to producers like Foxconn. Based on this, he produces his own renders.
