Renders show unannounced Motorola Razr with smaller screen on the outside
Renders have emerged of what would become the Motorola razr Lite, or at least a cheaper one of Lenovo’s two foldable phones. The razr has a small screen on the front, as the renders show.
There are not many other details reports MySmartPrice based on information from OnLeaks. The renders are not from CAD drawings, but are made from vague photos of a real prototype. That is why the article does not mention information about, for example, the format, which is normally the case.
The outside shows two cameras, with a screen next to it for displaying the time. That is a much smaller cover screen than on previous renders of a razr. Lenovo would like to release two foldable phones under its brand name Motorola this year. A cheaper razr Lite or simply razr and a more expensive razr+.
Reducing the cover screen could reduce production costs, presumably to be able to market the phone at a lower price than has been achieved so far. Manufacturers often also make phones cheaper by using cheaper socs, downgrading the cameras and saving on memory and storage, for example. Nothing is known about specs of the razr Lite or when it should be released.
