Renders show OnePlus Nord 2 CE
Renders of what would become the OnePlus Nord 2 CE smartphone have surfaced. The phone should follow the OnePlus Nord CE from last summer. The phone would appear in the first months of next year.
The phone has largely the same design and also seems to have the same screen as its predecessor, 91Mobiles writes. The bezels also seem slightly larger than the current Nord CE. However, OnePlus has opted for a different soc. Instead of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750, the Nord 2 CE has a MediaTek Dimensity 900.
On paper, the device has the same cameras as its predecessor, although the camera module itself looks different. This includes a primary 64-megapixel camera, an 8-megapixel camera with ultra-wide angle lens and a 2-megapixel camera that serves for taking macro photos.
OnePlus would like to release the Nord 2 CE in the first months of 2022 as a budget variant of the current Nord 2. The current Nord CE came out this summer for 329 euros. According to 91Mobiles, the price of the new version is around 350 euros.
