Renders show alleged Google Pixel 5a
OnLeaks has published renders of a smartphone with the claim that they show the Pixel 5a, a smartphone that Google has not yet announced. The images show a smartphone that closely resembles the Pixel 4a 5G.
OnLeaks reports with the publication of the renders of the alleged Pixel 5a that it is a smartphone with a unibody of probably plastic, with dimensions of 156.2 x 73.2 x 8.8 mm. If the thickness of the camera island is included, the thickness would be 9.4mm. This would make the Pixel 5a 12.2mm longer than a 4a 5G, 3.8mm wider and 0.6mm thicker.
Furthermore, there are many similarities in design between the alleged 5a and 4a 5G. The 5a would also have a 6.2 “screen with an OLED panel with FHD + resolution. The camera has two lenses with an unknown sensor, which, according to OnLeaks, is probably for Phase Detection Autofocus. The screen has a hole in the top left. for the front camera, a fingerprint sensor on the back, and a 3.5mm audio jack and stereo speakers.
It is not known when Google will announce the Pixel 5a and further specifications are also unknown.
