Renders of what would become the Motorola Z4 Play smartphone have surfaced. The Z4 Play seems to have the same connection for Moto Mods as with the previous three generations. Lenovo had promised to support the technology for at least three generations.

It seems that Moto Mods will last at least another generation, as is apparent from the sixteen-pin connection on the back of the device. The renders come from OnLeaks, who published them on CompareRaja. OnLeaks often relies on CAD drawings from telephones, so the data and images are always at least approximately correct.

According to the images, the Z4 Play has a notch in the screen with a small cutout for the front camera, similar to the Essential Phone and recently the Huawei P Smart 2019. There is no fingerprint scanner on the housing, so it is probably behind the screen. . The information says nothing about that.

OnLeaks reports that the phone will measure around 158x75mm, roughly the size of previous Z Play phones. The Z3 Play measures 157x76mm. The diagonal of the screen of the new smartphone would be around 6.2 “. At the bottom are the 3.5 mm jack and USB port, while the speaker grill can be found at the top. Lenovo has not yet said anything about the Moto Z4 Play Previous Z Play models were released around the beginning of the summer, with the first Z Play released in 2016.
