Render shows Huawei tablet with 8 “screen

A render has appeared that would show a Huawei tablet with a screen diagonal of 8″. The name would be MatePad T. No further details are known about the tablet, except that it runs on Emui 10.

The tablet appears to have reasonably thick bezels and a single camera on the back, according to the render that telecom journalist Evan Blass has published. Huawei already used the name MatePad in last year’s MatePad Pro.

The name MatePad T can also be found in a Wi-Fi Alliance approval. This shows that the tablet runs on Emui 10. That only works with Android 10, which indicates that the tablet will not be equipped with Google services. So are some of the manufacturer’s recent smartphones, including the foldable Mate XS and the new P40 series. Huawei has not yet responded to the appearance of the render.
