Render shows design Google watches with Android Wear
A render has appeared online showing two round Google watches with Android Wear. Also visible is a new watchface, which replaces numbers in the analog clock with, among other things, information from notifications and information from the pedometer.
The render is recreated from another image. Android Police does not want to release it to protect the source. The counterfeit render shows both watches, the largest of which has a crown and two other buttons, and the smaller and thinner one only has a crown. In addition, the smaller one has a slightly smaller screen than is visible, presumably to accommodate the display driver and a light sensor. Motorola’s Moto 360 solves that, for example, by not letting the screen run all the way around.
The first rumor about the Google watches came out last week. According to Android Police, the watches are far from ready for release. The watches have support for Google Assistant, the addition to Google Now that the internet company announced at its developer conference I/O. What that integration entails is unknown.
