Render may show OnePlus 9
A render has appeared that may show the front and back of the OnePlus 9. It is a render based on CAD drawings and so it does not yet show the final material. The phone is said to have a longer screen.
It is a flat screen, 91Mobiles reports. The screen on the render has a ratio of 20.5: 9 and therefore a presumed resolution of 2460×1080 pixels. That is the resolution and screen ratio that, for example, LG uses for various smartphones, such as the V60 ThinQ, Velvet and Wing. The OnePlus 8T has a 20: 9 screen with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels.
Assuming that OnePlus keeps the screen width the same, something it has done approximately since the OnePlus One from 2013, the screen diagonal is around 6.7 “. In that screen is a hole in the top left for the front camera. The render also shows a camera- island on the back with three lenses and a flash.
It has recently been rumored that OnePlus is planning the release of the phone for next March. The number-only series is now just one of the manufacturer’s models. In recent years, a more expensive Pro model has been added, while the Chinese smartphone maker announced three midrange phones this year in the form of the Nord, Nord N10 5G and N100.
