RedMagic 6R gaming smartphone will be available at the end of June for 499 euros
Nubia will release its RedMagic 6R on June 24 for 499 euros. A version with extra RAM and flash storage costs 599 euros. The Android phone is a lighter and thinner variant of the previously released RedMagic 6 and 6 Pro.
Last month, Nubia released the RedMagic 6R in China; the manufacturer now announces that the international model will appear from June 24. The phone will also be delivered in the Benelux. The cheapest model has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of flash storage; with the more expensive version, that is 12GB and 256GB.
Nubia presents the RedMagic 6R as a lighter and thinner variant of the previously released RedMagic 6 and 6 Pro gaming smartphones. The R model has a smaller battery and a slightly smaller OLED screen, which also has a slightly lower refresh rate.
Like the larger and more expensive models, the RedMagic 6R has capacitive shoulder buttons and a Snapdragon 888 soc. Furthermore, the 6R has an additional camera and a Sony sensor for the primary camera instead of a Samsung sensor.
