Reddit user recreates evolved Kanto Pokémon starters with LEGO

Reddit user eyemcantoeknees has recreated the three starter Pokemon from the Kanto region using LEGO bricks: Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur. The user also created LEGO versions of Dragonite, Vileplume, and the legendary Pokémon Mewtwo, among others.

on reddit eyemcantoeknees shares a photo of the LEGO creations, as well as a reference to tutorial videos on his YouTube channel Brickmill Studios. In addition to Pokémon, eyemcantoeknees has recreated several characters from the One Piece and Naruto manga series.

Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur are among the most famous Pokémon in the franchise. They first appeared in Europe in Pokémon Red and Blue. The trio make up the last evolved forms of Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur. The Reddit user says he hasn’t started working on the iconic Pikachu yet, but plans to.

Previously, another Reddit user, Ddave_, also made a Charmander from LEGO blocks in life size. He also made a Bulbasaur from 10,000 LEGO bricks and a Master Ball.
