Red Dead Redemption 2 requires 150GB of free space when installed on PS4
The game Red Dead Redemption 2 requires about 149GB of free space on the PS4 to install. The game itself takes up 99GB and if installed without a disc, the game requires an additional 50GB.
For the Xbox One, the required space is 107GB, Rockstar writes on a support page. Players who don’t have the space and want to install the game first can already free that space on Friday. From Friday night it will be possible to download the installation file, says Rockstar.
At the same time as announcing the free space requirements on the consoles’ storage, the game maker has also released a final trailer. The game will only be released next Friday for the PS4 and Xbox One; Rockstar has not announced a PC version. The online version can be played from next month.
