Razer has released its Kishi controller for Android. The Switch-like controller is extendable, so that a smartphone can be attached in the middle via USB-C. The Android version costs 90 euros. There will also be an iOS version later.

According to the manufacturer, the Razer Kishi is suitable for many smartphones. The list of officially supported devices includes the Razer Phones, the Google Pixel 2 and newer and Samsung’s Galaxy S8 and Note models and newer, with the exception of the S20 Ultra. Other phones also fit in the accessory, provided they are no larger than 78.1×163.7×8.8mm. Furthermore, at least Android 8 must be running on the device and the USB-c port must be in the middle at the bottom.

Razer presented the Kishi controller at CES early this year, now the company has started selling. The Android version is on the Razer website for 90 euros. There will also be a variant for iOS, but when it will appear and what it will cost has not yet been announced. The Kishi is Razer’s second Switch-style controller. The company previously made the Junglecat, but it was compatible with far fewer phones.
