Razer has announced that the Raiju controller for the PlayStation 4 will cost 170 euros. The controller, which is intended for e-sports gamers and has extra buttons, will be available from Friday.

In addition to the buttons that are standard on a PlayStation 4 controller, the Razer Raiju has four extra shoulder buttons, which can be tied to other button combinations. Furthermore, the controller has a built-in 3.5mm jack for a headset and special buttons to control the sound of the headset.

The controller is made for the PlayStation 4, but can also be connected to a PC. For this, Razer uses a USB cable, so that there can be no interference at busy LAN parties due to an excessive number of wireless signals.

Sony announced the controller in October along with the Nacon Revolution, but didn’t reveal prices yet. The Revolution has now appeared at a web store for 109 euros, which is in line with the 110 euros that were previously rumored. The Raiju has a suggested retail price of 169.99 euros.
