Razer releases power bank for laptops

Razer has announced a power bank with a capacity of 12,800mAh. According to the company, the accessory can extend the battery life of the Blade Stealth beyond 15 hours. The power bank will cost 170 euros.

By default, the latest generation of the Blade Stealth has a battery life of eight hours; NotebookCheck comes to a browsing time of eight hours and thirteen minutes with that 12.5″ laptop. The Razer Power Bank would extend that time to about fifteen hours, Razer claims. Thanks to fast charging, the power bank could replace the Blade laptop. can charge to two-thirds of its capacity in two hours.The manufacturer says that the power bank is optimized for the Blade Stealth.

However, the accessory simply works via USB-C and can therefore also provide other laptops with energy. In addition to USB-C, there are two USB-A ports so that three mobile devices can be charged. The battery block has support for Quick Charge 3.0 so that users of smartphones and tablets that support this standard can also use fast charging.

The Razer Power Bank has a suggested retail price of 170 euros.
