Razer Releases Leviathan V2 Soundbar and Subwoofer Set for PCs
Razer is releasing a new version of its Leviathan sound system for gaming PCs. As with the seven-year-old predecessor, it is a combination of a soundbar and a subwoofer. The new model has THX Spatial Audio support and RGB lighting.
The Razer Leviathan V2 Soundbar is 50cm wide and intended to be placed under a monitor. The soundbar contains two full-range drivers of 48x95mm, two 20mm tweeters and two passive radiators of 43x135mm. The supplied subwoofer consists of a 22x22x24cm box with one 140mm driver directed downwards.
Razer gives the set support for THX Spatial Audio. This is an app that users can purchase for a fee for the reproduction of spatial sound. The soundbar is also equipped with Razer Chroma RGB lighting with eighteen different zones. The set can be connected via USB-C or Bluetooth 5.2. The combination of soundbar and subwoofer is for sale for a suggested retail price of 250 euros.
