Razer Introduces Blade 15 and Blade Pro 17 Laptops With RTX 30 Graphics
Razer is releasing new versions of its Blade 15 and Blade Pro 17 laptops. The manufacturer provides the laptops with Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 video cards, among other things. The Blade 15 has a suggested retail price from 1800 euros. The Pro 17 variant costs at least 2400 euros.
Razer introduces two versions of the redesigned Blade 15; a basic version and an Advanced model. Razer offers a total of three 15.6″ screen options for the laptop, that is, a 360Hz panel with full HD resolution, a 1440p screen at 240Hz or a 4k OLED panel with a refresh rate of 60Hz.
The base model of the Razer Blade 15 has 16GB of memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, which can be upgraded to an RTX 3070 variant. The manufacturer provides the laptop with an Intel Core i7-10750H with six cores. The Advanced model has an octa-core CPU from Intel, up to an RTX 3080 with 16GB of video memory and 16GB or 32GB of DDR4-2933 memory. The laptop has a PCIe 3.0 SSD of up to 1TB and an extra M.2 slot, in which users can place a second SSD themselves.
The Blade 15 includes an HDMI 2.1 connector and a Thunderbolt 3 type-C connector. The Advanced model gets support for Wi-Fi 6E, while the base model supports regular Wi-Fi 6. The Razer Blade 15 has dimensions of 235.0×355.0x19.9mm and a 65Wh battery, while the Advanced variant is 3mm thinner with a battery capacity of 80Wh. The Blade 15 will be available January 12 through Razer. Other retailers will start selling the laptop from January 26.

Razer is also coming with a Blade Pro 17 laptop. This model will also be available with three screen options. Users can choose from a 1080p display with 360Hz refresh rate, QHD panel at 165Hz or 4k display at 120Hz. All options have a screen diagonal of 17.3″.
The Blade Pro 17 will also receive an Intel Comet Lake octacore and a maximum of an RTX 3080. The laptop will be equipped with a maximum of 32GB DDR4-2933 memory. The laptop is equipped with a PCIe SSD of up to 2TB and has an extra M.2 slot. The Blade 17 Pro also has 2.5 gigabit Ethernet.
The Pro variant also has HDMI 2.1 and Thunderbolt 3. Razer also provides the Blade Pro 17 with Wi-Fi 6E support as standard. The Blade Pro 17 measures 260.0×395.0x19.9mm and has a 70.5Wh battery. The laptop will be available January 12 through the Razer web store and will be available at other retailers two weeks later.
