Razer equips Blade 14 laptop with Ryzen 9 5900HX and RTX 3080

Razer comes with a new version of its 14″ laptop from the Blade series and equips it with a Ryzen 9 5900HX from AMD. The GPU of the gaming laptop is an RTX 3080. The suggested retail price of the Razer Blade 14 starts at 2000 euros.

Razer announced the laptop during its E3 keynote and the new model is available immediately. Striking is the AMD processor that we have not seen in a Razer Blade before. The AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX has a maximum clock speed of up to 4.6GHz.

The 14″ screen has a refresh rate of 165Hz and there is a 720p webcam in the edge at the top of the screen. The laptop also supports AMD FreeSync. The gaming laptop also has the well-known Chroma RGB keyboard lighting and a battery life of 12 hours.

The Razer Blade 14 has an aluminum housing and is 1.67 cm thick. Vaporchamber technology is used to cool the thin laptop. The vacuum chamber uses evaporated liquid to dissipate heat. In addition, the laptop is also equipped with two fans to keep the GPU and CPU cool.

On the sides are two USB Gen 3.2 type-C connectors. It can also charge the laptop. There are also two type-A ports and the laptop has an HDMI 2.1 connection and a 3.5 mm jack.
