Razer Announces Raion Six Button Controller for PS4

Razer has announced the Raion, a controller for the PlayStation 4 with elements of a fight stick. For example, there are six buttons on the front, which are somewhat larger than normal on a PS4 controller.

The position and size of the six buttons on the front of the Razer Raion would make it easier to use for fighting games. The buttons have Razers Yellow Mechanical Switches, which should ensure good feedback and a long life. In addition, an eight-way d-pad is available.

The Raion has shoulder and trigger buttons like those found on other PS4 controllers and a touchpad is also present. The controller offers the option to lock buttons. In the middle on the front is a 3.5mm port for analog audio to connect a headset. The cable with which the controller must be connected has a length of 3 meters. The total dimensions of the Raion are 173x103x58mm and the weight is 275 grams.

The PS4 controller is available immediately in the Benelux for 110 euros.
