Rabobank is struggling with mobile and internet banking failures
Rabobank is currently struggling with a malfunction of internet banking and mobile banking, as a result of which customers cannot request their balance and transfer amounts via the app or the site. The bank has confirmed the malfunction.
Rabobank speaks of a reduced availability of the services and indeed many customers report that they cannot use internet and mobile banking. Anyone who starts the app will receive an error message that the bank has a malfunction and that the app is therefore not available.
According to the AlleStoringen site, which keeps track of notifications via Twitter, users have been complaining for about five hours that they could no longer log in. The bank’s tweet makes it seem as if there are users who can still use internet and mobile banking. Rabobank has not yet said anything about a cause or expected duration of the outage.
