When logging in, the site states that ‘for technical reasons the requested part is not available’, while the app shows a message that the app and site are not available due to a malfunction and that the bank is working on a solution.

According to AlleStoringen, the outage started around a quarter past ten on Thursday morning. The bank does not say what caused the outage, nor does it indicate when the services will work again. It seems that the outage affects all customers for the time being.
