PUBG Studios has announced that PUBG: New State will be released on November 11. It is a smartphone game set in 2051 and includes customizable weapons and a drone shop.

The free-to-play game will be released worldwide on November 11, PUBG Studios writes. The developer has also released the Media Showcase trailer below in which it shows all the new features of the game, what updates gamers can expect after release and how the anti-cheat system works.

Like the PC version of PUBG, New State is a battle royale game. Up to 100 players land on a map and they can play alone or in squads of up to four people. Four maps will be available at launch, including Erangel. This map has been revamped to match the new style of New State. There is also a new map called Troi.

PUBG Studios announced the game in February. It is the first smartphone game from the original PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds development studio; PUBG Mobile is made by the Chinese Tencent. The Android version requires at least a phone with Android 6.0 and 2GB of memory. The iOS game requires iOS version 13.0 or later and at least an iPhone 6S.
