Sony isn’t very generous with information about Ruin, an action RPG for the PS Vita that looks a lot like Diablo III. The console builder has opened an overview page, which shows that the game has since been renamed Warrior’s Lair.

A little hidden in Sony’s 2011 E3 press conference was the announcement of a promising RPG for the PS Vita. The console builder showed images of Ruin, a game that has many similarities with Diablo III in terms of appearance and gameplay. However, Sony did not let go of much, except that Ruin is only the working title of the game. The definitive title that Sony is giving the game given has, according to the overview page that Sony has set up for the game: Warrior’s Lair. There is not much more information on the overview page.

As is known, the game will be released for both the PlayStation 3 and the PS Vita, with the option that the save game can be transferred and can therefore be started on one platform and continued on the other. Furthermore, Warrior’s Lair will be a game in which, as with Diablo III, collecting better equipment is central. The name Warrior’s Lair is derived from the Lair, or the base that every player has. Throughout the game, this Lair is rigged with tracks that show the progress the player has made in the game.
