Proximus will launch new mobile subscriptions in May

Proximus introduces new mobile phone subscriptions. The provider comes with four different options for consumers and companies. The new subscriptions will be available on May 2. From then on, existing subscriptions will no longer be offered to new customers.

Proximus comes with four different subscriptions for private individuals. The cheapest subscription costs 17 euros per month and gives users 5GB of mobile data, 150 calling minutes and unlimited text messages. Mobile Easy costs 3 euros extra and offers 10GB data on Proximus’ 5G network and unlimited calling minutes. Mobile Maxi offers 50GB data for 30 euros and a Mobile Unlimited subscription with unlimited data costs 50 euros per month.

The new subscriptions include extending Proximus’ cheapest subscription with more data and calling minutes, although the new variant will also be 1 euro more expensive per month. The Mobile Easy subscription is 7 euros per month cheaper than the current Mobilus M subscription, but also gets 2GB less data and lower internet speeds. The 50GB subscription also has less fast internet, but will be 13 euros cheaper per month. The Unlimited subscription remains unchanged in terms of price and speed. Proximus applies a fair use policy of 300GB with the current Unlimited Premium subscription and the new Mobile Unlimited subscription. Then the speed is limited.

Existing Proximus subscriptions will no longer be offered to new customers after May 2. Existing customers will keep their current subscription or can request to be switched to one of the new options. Furthermore, Proximus’ Flex packs are being expanded. Mobile Flex S will be increased from 5GB to 10GB of data, while Flex M will be expanded from 20GB to 75GB. Mobile Flex Unlimited introduces a new option for unlimited data.

Proximus is also launching four new Business Mobile subscriptions for companies. The company comes with subscriptions with 5, 20 and 250GB. There will also be a Business Mobile International subscription with unlimited data, calling minutes and text messages. The latter subscription also receives a 1GB data bundle for use in the US, Canada and Switzerland. These subscriptions will also become available on May 2.
