Proximus raises ‘Internet+TV+Mobile’ price when mobile data is halved

Proximus announced a new subscription under the name Minimus on Monday. The package is almost identical to that of Internet+TV+Mobile, but contains a half of the mobile bundle for a higher price. Existing customers keep their old package.

Proximus placed the new Minimus Pack on its site on Monday without any further announcement. The subscription offers a download speed of 100Mbit/s and an upload speed of 6Mbit/s, Proximus TV and a mobile subscription with a choice of three packages.

Minimus is therefore almost identical to Internet+TV+Mobile, which is no longer offered. For example, there are differences in the data bundles, which have been halved. The prices are also different; they are 4 euros per month higher. Proximus spokesperson Haroun Fenaux emphasizes a third difference to HLN: the cheapest Minimus package offers unlimited calls between linked mobile Proximus subscriptions of family members.

Existing customers of Internet+TV+Mobile will keep their old package under the same conditions. Proximus offers it to new customers for four months at a lower price.
