Proximus increases the prices of Pack subscriptions from 1 January

From 1 January, Proximus will introduce a price increase for many Pack subscriptions. Most customers will pay a euro or a little more per month. According to the company, it is an indexation.

Some customers will pay one euro more per month, such as customers of the Maxi-Packs, while the monthly price for the Start and Comfort bundles will increase by 1.40 euros. For customers of the Internet Comfort + Proximus TV + Phone Line-Pack, the increase from 1 January 2017 is 1.90 euros.

For mobile subscriptions, the increase is one euro. The rates for mobile data usage outside the bundle will also increase; at the Smart subscriptions from 0.10 cents to 0.12 cents. Furthermore, the prices of some business subscriptions, such as Mobile Start, are rising from 6 to 8 euros per month.

According to Proximus spokesperson Jan Margot, this concerns an indexation, as the company would implement every year. The first customers concerned would have been informed by now, as the provider sends its invoices every two months. Proximus has listed all changes in a PDF.
