Promotional material shows LG V30 . appearance

Images have surfaced of the as yet unannounced LG V30. The smartphone can be seen in promotional material from a company hired by LG. As expected, the most striking feature of the smartphone is the thin bezel around the screen.

The images of the LG V30 were shot by Hitrecord, in a campaign that was probably coordinated with the manufacturer. However, the images have since been taken offline again, possibly because the V30 has not yet been officially announced, but Droid Life has put photos online. The images show how the V30 is used, including for taking photos and videos. Striking are the thin screen edges, something that also emerged in previous rumors.

It is the first time images of the V30 have surfaced. Earlier renders did come out, but they were based on CAD drawings. A number of specifications have also leaked out; LG is expected to give the V30 a 6″ screen with a resolution of 2880×1440 pixels.

LG will probably announce the V30 on August 31. The announcement is expected at the IFA fair to be held in Berlin. The manufacturer has already sent out an invitation referring to the arrival of the V30.
