Presumed specifications Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra appear online
Some of the specifications of the suspected Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra have surfaced online. The specifications do not indicate any major changes compared to the current S20 Ultra, which appeared last winter.
The S21 Ultra is slightly smaller than its predecessor and also has a slightly smaller screen, according to the information 91Mobiles received from the well-known smartphone watch Ishan Agarwal. The screen could potentially get a 144Hz refresh rate instead of the S20 Ultra’s 120Hz, but that’s not certain yet. This year, the first smartphones with 144Hz screens appeared, as smartphone makers have entered a frame race.
The soc would be an Exynos 2100 in Europe, while the phone would appear with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 in the US and China, among others. Little is known about the cameras, one of the distinguishing factors of the S20 Ultra. The resolution of the primary camera would be unchanged.
Agarwal has often shown in recent years that it has correct information about unannounced smartphones. According to a previous rumor, Samsung wants to show its new phones in January, instead of in February or March as in recent years. There have also been renders of the Galaxy S21 and the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
