Presumably official renders show OnePlus 7 Pro with curved screen edges

The suspected marketing renders of the OnePlus 7 Pro have surfaced online. The images show that the OLED screen takes up the entire front and is rounded on the sides. There are three cameras on the back.

Telecom journalist Roland Quandt of WinFuture has put the images online. He regularly publishes official renders just before the introduction of new devices. Previously, renders of the device made on the basis of CAD files; they largely correspond. The new renders also correspond to photos of the device that were previously leaked.

The official renders show that the device has an OLED screen that is rounded on the sides, a feature that is mainly known from Samsung Galaxy smartphones. Images from the side seem to show that the Alert slider is back on the OnePlus 7 Pro. This is a slider with which the phone can be set to vibrate or to silent.

There are three cameras on the back. The primary camera would contain a 48-megapixel sensor with optical and electronic image stabilization, and use a lens with an aperture of f/1.6. The second camera is said to be a wide-angle camera with an angle of view of 117 degrees, and the third camera is a telephoto lens that offers 3x ‘optical zoom’ over the primary camera. The two additional cameras both have a 16-megapixel sensor according to WinFuture.

It was previously clear that the OnePlus 7 Pro will have a 90Hz OLED screen with a resolution of 3120×1440 pixels. The front camera is concealed in the housing and slides out when in use. The device will probably cost from 700 euros. There will also be a regular OnePlus 7, which probably looks a lot like the current OnePlus 6T. OnePlus will announce its new devices on May 14.
