PowerColor accidentally put the unannounced RX 7800 XT product page online

PowerColor has, probably accidentally, temporarily put the product page of the Radeon RX 7800 XT Red Devil online. Assuming the information is correct, all specifications of AMD’s as yet unannounced upcoming video card are already known.

According to the product page, which has now been taken offline, the PowerColor Radeon RX 7800 XT Red Devil will have 16GB of GGR6 memory and a memory clock speed of 18Gbit/s over a 256bit bus. There is reportedly 64MB Infinity Cache, as previously suggested. The GPU itself has a 2255MHz clock frequency and a 2565MHz boost clock. There are 3840 stream processors spread over 60 CUs. AMD is not expected to announce the video card in question until September.

The only spec that wasn’t seen on the PowerColor product page is the tbp. The company mentions that an 800W PSU is recommended, which indicates a likely TDP of around 260 to 300W. It is also noticeable that a Navi 32 GPU is mentioned. This GPU has not yet been announced by AMD, but was previously spotted in regulatory documents. There is talk of four memory cache dies, something RedGamingTech previously mentioned.

The RX 7800 XT is in theory the successor to the RX 6800 XT, but at least in terms of VRAM it has many similarities with the recently announced Radeon RX 7900 GRE, which should be released for roughly 715 euros for OEM system builders. Furthermore, on paper, the RX 7800 XT does not improve in some areas and sometimes even deteriorates compared to the RX 6800 XT from 2020. For example, the card has half the Infinity Cache and fewer stream processors and CUs. The memory bandwidth will be slightly higher.
