POCO’s first wireless earphones and smartwatch cost 69 and 79 euros
POCO announces its first wireless earphones and smartwatch. The POCO Watch gets a rectangular 1.6″ OLED screen with rounded corners and is mainly aimed at use during sports. The Buds Pro Genshin Impact Edition get active noise cancellation.
The screen of the POCO Watch is a touchscreen and has a resolution of 320×360 pixels. The battery is 225mAh, which means that the watch can be used for a maximum of two weeks according to the Xiaomi subsidiary brand. The smartwatch will include an optical heart rate monitor, GPS support and Bluetooth 5.0.
The Watch can be connected to a smartphone with at least Android 6 or iOS 10 and offers ‘more than a hundred’ sport modes. The watch can also monitor users’ sleep. The strap of the smartwatch can be adjusted from 125 to 205 mm. The smartwatch measures 39.1 x 34.4 x 9.98 mm and weighs 31 grams.
The POCO Buds Pro Genshin Impact Edition get four microphones for active noise reduction. These in-ear earplugs come with three ANC modes, allowing people to pass, stop or amplify external sound. The earphones work with Bluetooth 5.2 and have a battery life of 28 hours, including charging case. The charging case can fully charge the earphones in an hour. Charging the case takes about 2.5 hours.
POCO’s earphones are in the theme of the Genshin Impact game and use Klee’s voice. The earphones are IPX4 certified and cost 69 euros; the smartwatch is 10 euros more expensive. It is not yet known when the products will be on sale.
