POCO M6 of 170 euros has LED ring flash and 108-megapixel camera

Xiaomi has released the POCO M6, a smartphone with a 108-megapixel camera and LED ring flash for 170 euros. The phone has a 90Hz LCD with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels.

The 108-megapixel camera has a sensor of approximately 44mm with an optical size of 1/1.67 inch. According to POCO, that camera offers three times optical zoom, probably by abandoning the pixel binning of 9×1 and using the middle 12 megapixels as a frame. The ring flash is next to the camera. There is only a small macro camera at the back, and a 13-megapixel camera for selfies at the front.

The phone has a 6.79″ LCD with 2400×1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The device has a glass back and measures 16.9×7.6cm, with a thickness of 8.3mm. The soc is a MediaTek Helio G91-Ultra , an older 12nm SoC without a 5G modem. It comes with 6GB or 8GB of memory and 128GB or 256GB of storage. The 5030mAh battery can be charged at 33W. 5mm jack. The phone will be released immediately.
