Pictures show Thermalright Frost Spirit cooler with 1kg heat heatsink
Photos have appeared online of the Thermalright Frost Spirit 140. It is a large processor cooler with a heatsink of one kilogram, which consists of two cooling towers. Thermalright bundles the heatsink with two fans.
Thermalright has not yet presented the Frost Spirit itself, but the Chinese site Chiphell has pictures, including the packaging with the specifications. The Frost Spirit weighs 1000 grams without fans and has dimensions of 140x121x158mm. The cooler is equipped with 8mm thick heat pipes and a nickel-plated copper plate on the bottom.
Thermalright combines the cooling tower with the TL-D14 and the TL-C12. The D14 is a 27mm thick 140mm fan and the C12 is a 120mm 25mm thick fan. Both fans have a rotation speed of 1500rpm and a PWM connection.
The total weight including fans is 1310 grams. The cooler is suitable for AM4 and Intel 115x, 2011 and 2066 sockets. When the Frost Spirit 140 comes out and what the cooler will cost has not yet been announced.
