Photos show Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G with four cameras
XDA Developers claims to have the first photos of the Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G. The images show a smartphone with a four-camera setup on the back. The screen is less ’rounded’ on the sides than previous models.
XDA Developer claims to have received the photos from an anonymous source. In addition to four cameras, the smartphone’s camera module includes a flash and a hole that XDA suspects is for a microphone. The volume control and the power button can be seen on the side, but a Bixby button does not appear to be present.
As far as the screen is concerned, it is noticeable that it is less curved on the sides than with the S10+. It is an Infinity-O screen with a camera hole, but this hole appears smaller with the S20 5G than with its predecessor. The phone was rumored to be called Galaxy S11 for a long time, but the photo shows Galaxy S20+ 5G on the boot screen.
Samsung will hold an event on February 11 where it will probably announce the new generation of Galaxy S devices. The manufacturer is rumored to release 4g and 5g versions of the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20+. There would also be an S20 Ultra with a 108-megapixel camera. In the US, the device would receive the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 in combination with an X55 modem for 5G support. In other countries, the device would contain the Exynos 990 from Samsung itself.
