Pebble calls on users to appeal to Apple about delays in release apps

Pebble wants users to address Apple about the time it takes to update the Pebble app and a new app for the Pebble Time in the App Store. As a result, people with an iPhone can’t use the Pebble Time now, because the app is not there yet.

To back up the claim, Pebble has posted tables online showing how long it has taken Apple to update the Pebble app bug fixes and release the Pebble Time app to the App Store. The Pebble Time app has been under review since May 23, while the Pebble app update has been in that status since April 22.

Pebble is calling on users to contact Apple via email, Facebook and Twitter to approve the app. Pebble claims that an update to the Pebble app was approved within 24 hours last year. It is unknown why the iPhone maker has left the apps in review for so long. Apple has had its own smartwatch on the market since April, the Apple Watch.
