PC Building Simulator 2 with over 1200 components coming this year
Developer Spiral House announces PC Building Simulator 2. The successor to the 2018 original will include an expanded career mode for PC builders. The game will be released exclusively on the Epic Games Store this year.
Spiral House shows in a trailer different housings, video cards and cooling options that can be used in PC Building Simulator 2. The simulation game also gets extensive options to apply RGB lighting and liquid cooling. The housings are provided with stickers and a spray can is visible at the end of the teaser, a possible indication that the housings can be provided with a different color in this way.
The game will have a career mode that should keep PC builders busy for at least thirty hours, is the promise. In the original, players in that mode had to make changes to existing systems or build new PCs for money, which could be used for new parts.
In the successor, a total of more than twelve hundred components from more than forty companies can be used. This includes at least Intel, AMD, Nvidia and ASUS, as can be concluded from the video.
Furthermore, Spiral House promises a more realistic experience than with the first version of PC Building Simulator. That game was released as an early access game on Steam in 2018 and for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in 2019. Last year, the Epic Games Store offered the game for free. PC Building Simulator 2 will be released exclusively in Epic’s game store this year for an as yet undisclosed price.
