Outlook lets users sync signatures between Windows PCs

Microsoft is going to make it possible to exchange email signatures between Windows devices. A synchronization feature should be released in June, and then stores the email signatures in the cloud.

Microsoft has a development roadmap for Office 365 online, and one of the features mentioned there is called Signature cloud settings. The description shows that Microsoft wants to make it possible to make signatures available via the cloud on all computers that the user logs on. That only applies to Windows computers.

According to the roadmap, the sync feature should be released next month; it is currently still under development. A more precise release date has not been mentioned by Microsoft.

It was previously announced that Outlook will get an autocomplete function, similar to what Google has built for Gmail. This feature automatically suggests predictive suggestions in an email, allowing users to complete words and phrases.
