Opel Mokka-e includes dashboard with 12″ and 10″ screen

Opel equips its new electric Mokka car with an optional Pure Panel. A 12-inch screen is integrated into the dashboard. In addition, there is a choice between a 10″ and a 7″ screen for navigation, infotainment and other information.

According to the manufacturer, the Pure Panel of the Mokka-e shows ‘all the information you need while driving’. In addition, Opel optionally integrates Multimedia Navi Pro with a 10″ screen for navigation and infotainment or a 7″ variant for Multimedia Navi. Via this touchscreen, users can view information about traffic, charging locations, driving data and energy consumption, and operate Apple CarPlay.

This second screen also shows the image of the reversing camera, which offers a field of view of 180 degrees. Below the screen is a mat for wireless charging of smartphones that use the pma or Qi standard.

The electric motor of the Mokka-e delivers a power of 100kW and a maximum torque of 260Nm. The maximum speed is 150 km/h. There is a battery pack of 50 kWh present, with which the car offers a range of 322 km based on the wltp test standard. After half an hour of charging, the battery would have been recharged to eighty percent of its capacity using a public DC fast charger. Opel makes the Mokka-e based on the Common Modular Platform of parent company Groupe PSA.
