OnLeaks: Samsung Galaxy S21 FE gets suggested retail price from 759 euros
OnLeaks has published alleged suggested retail prices of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. According to the well-known leaker, a variant with 128GB storage costs 759 euros. A Galaxy S21 FE with 256GB storage capacity would cost 829 euros.
OnLeaks shares the suggested retail prices of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE on Twitter and also publishes photos of the smartphone. The leaker writes that the smartphone will be available in France at these suggested retail prices on January 4, although OnLeaks says it also received information about a January 11 release. The latter corresponds to previous rumors from other leakers, like Jon Prosser†
The alleged suggested retail price from 759 euros is higher than originally expected. German tech website WinFuture, which has regularly shared correct information about Samsung products in the past, stated last month that the device would come out in Europe for 660 euros. Since then, however, Samsung Ireland has recently listed the Galaxy S21 FE on its webshop for 769 euros. American retailer Walmart recently reported a price starting at $ 699, which, converted and including VAT, also amounts to about 747 euros. The ‘normal’ Galaxy S21 had a suggested retail price of 849 euros at release, but is now available for less.
There have been rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE for months and hands-on videos of the device have also appeared in recent weeks. According to the latest information from WinFuture, the smartphone will receive a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888-soc, also in Europe. That website also talked about 6GB or 8GB memory and 128GB or 256GB storage, a flat 6.4 “amoled screen at 120Hz and a 4500mAh battery. Samsung will probably announce the phone next week, around CES.
