NZXT is releasing a motherboard with Intel’s Z490 chipset. The N7 Z490 motherboard has a minimalist design and is made in the factories of ASRock. NZXT is releasing a black and a white version. The board costs 230 euros. The NZXT N7 Z490 motherboard is black, but the manufacturer offers two versions, with white or black plastic and metal cover plates. The board is based on the Z490 chipset and has an lga1200 socket for Intel processors from the Comet Lake series. According to AnandTech, the board is made by ASRock. NZXT released its first motherboard two years ago. That was a Z390 board and it came from the ECS factories. NZXT itself is best known for its housings. The N7 Z490 motherboard features Wi-Fi 6, a 2.5Gbit / s Ethernet connection and two M.2 slots with PCIe 3.0 x4 support. The board itself is not colorful, but NZXT does provide RGB headers for lighting systems from all well-known manufacturers.
