Nvidia postpones release Founders Edition of RTX 2080 Ti again by a week
Nvidia is letting customers who have ordered the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti know that it will ship between October 5 and 10. This is again a delay. The company previously postponed the delivery date from September 20 to September 27.
E-mails that buyers of the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti have received and published on Reddit indicate that the company has a delivery date of October 5 in the US, while in the UK it is 5-9. October is called. In Germany, Nvidia also uses the period from 5 to 9 October for sending the card, according to an e-mail published by Computerbase. In Australia, the company lists October 10 as the delivery date.
It seems that Nvidia has abandoned the idea of a fixed delivery date worldwide. In an update on its forum, Nvidia refers customers to the emails that have been sent. It is not clear what the reason for the delay is. Initially, the card would be released on September 20, but in mid-September the manufacturer announced that it would be a week later.
