Nothing announces phone, earbuds and watch on July 8
Electronics maker Nothing will announce a new phone, Bluetooth earbuds and a watch under its sub-brand CMF on July 8. That's what the manufacturer said.
The phone is called CMF Phone (1), so says Nothing. The earbuds are the Buds Pro 2 and the watch is the Watch Pro 2, the manufacturer says. Nothing showed the first generation of CMF products in September last year. The CMF Phone (1) has, among other things, a screw on the back, as was previously shown in a teaser.
It would be a cheaper model from the manufacturer under the sub-brand CMF. Features such as Glyph Light with LEDs on the back would be missing. The phone is said to have a removable plastic back. Nothing would provide the phone with a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC with 5G modem, 6GB Lpddr4x memory and 128 or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. The phone with a 6.7″ OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate would cost around 220 euros. The Nothing 2a, the current cheapest model, costs around 320 euros.
