Next Euro Truck Simulator 2 expansion takes place in Greece

SCS Software has announced the next expansion for Euro Truck Simulator 2. That DLC adds Greece to the game. It is not known when exactly the expansion will be released for the simulation game.

The Euro Truck Simulator 2: Greece expansion has been announced by SCS Software in a blog post. The expansion includes the mainland and certain islands of Greece. The DLC will have ‘approximately’ fourteen cities, the developer says. Players can expect ‘picturesque’ villages, ‘winding roads’ and iconic monuments from Greek culture in the expansion. The game will also have hotel complexes and cotton farms as new depots.

SCS does not say when exactly the Greece expansion will be released. The company does say that it will go through the pre-production phase more quickly this time. Normally pre-production takes ‘almost a year’. This should ensure that the DLC appears faster than previous expansions. The latest expansion, West Balkans, was announced in June 2022 and released in October 2023.
