New version Apple WatchOS has way to pause streak of Health rings
Apple has announced watchOS 11. The new version of the manufacturer's smartwatch operating system includes the function of pausing the rings that show activity, allowing users to maintain their streak in the event of a break day or injury.
In addition to unlimited breaks, customers with a Watch can also choose to adjust the goals per day of the week, says Apple. This should make it easier to maintain streaks of days in a row that users get the rings closed.
watchOS 11 also has a way to measure the effort put into a workout based on heart rate and fitness. In addition, there will be a way to monitor health specifically during pregnancy and there will be a Vitals app that tries to show important health data.
The Smart Stack of widgets on the watch face can adapt to the situation or the agenda. For example, it shows a forecast of rain in bad weather and interim scores for sports matches. This is partly possible because with watchOS 11 the watches will support Live Activities. In addition, apps can use the double-tap operation with the fingers, a feature that Apple introduced last year. The developer beta will be released on Monday, with a release to follow this fall.
