New Philips Hue models for outdoor use leak out in online folder
Philips will soon release a new series of Hue lamps that are especially intended for outdoors. This includes an extra large version of the existing Hue Lily. But also for some new models. Philips releases both normal and colored lamps.
The products are expected to be announced at the CES trade show to be held early next year in Las Vegas, but have already been leaked via a folder found by Hueblog.de. Hueblog.de discovered the Lily XL, a larger version of the lamp that the company already released in 2018. The Lily XL is five centimeters wider and has a light intensity of 1200 lumens. A new version of the Impress outdoor wall lamp is also coming. It should be released in the spring of next year. That lamp does not have to be connected to its own connection. It can also be connected via the standard 24-volt outdoor cable.
A number of new products are also appearing in the Hue line. These include two lamps that Philips calls the Nyro. It concerns two models, the ‘pedestal’ or ‘pedestal’, and a wall lantern. The Nyro lamps are black and flat, and have a kind of roof on top in which the lighting is located. The ‘pedestal’ is most likely intended to be placed on the ground along a path, and the wall lantern for hanging.
Several other models are being announced that are intended to be hung on the wall. These are the Resonate lanterns, which are available in black and stainless steel, and the Resonate, which is cylindrical. Philips also releases a few lamps with a more traditional design. Those are the Attract, which has a hood and shines downwards, and the Daylo lamps, which are round.
