Naughty Dog Postpones Uncharted 4 Until April 27
Developer Naughty Dog has postponed Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End from March 18 to April 27, 2016. The developer claims it needs more time to refine parts of the PS4 title. It’s not the first time the game has been delayed.
According to Neil Druckmann and Bruce Straley, it wasn’t an easy decision to delay Uncharted 4, but they need a little more time to finalize the game to meet their vision and standards. That is why it was decided to postpone the release for five weeks.
Actually, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was supposed to be released in 2015. In March, Naughty Dog was also forced to postpone the PS4 game, then until March 18, 2016, but that target date will not be met either. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End once again revolves around Nathan Drake and is set three years after Uncharted 3. According to the developer, it is the ‘biggest Uncharted game to date’. It will probably be the last installment in the series.
